About Us

Hi, I'm Tia — mother, and the person behind Made Intently.

A few years ago, spiritual rituals weren't something I read about in a book. They started small, almost by accident: a candle lit before bed, a few lines written down when the day felt like too much, a quiet moment to breathe before picking my daughter up from school. Nothing dramatic — just small, repeated acts of coming back to myself in the middle of a life that, like most mothers know, rarely slows down on its own.

Over time, those small moments became something steadier. Rituals for the morning and the evening. Ways to release what I was carrying. Ways to mark the full moon, or simply to remind myself that I mattered too, not just everyone I was taking care of.

And somewhere along the way, I realised I wasn't just building a practice for myself — I was showing my daughter what it looks like to slow down, to be gentle with yourself, and to know that you are worthy of love exactly as you are. Self-love isn't something I want her to learn as an adult, the hard way, the way I did. I want it to be part of how she grows up — something as ordinary as brushing her teeth.

Made Intently grew out of that. Everything here — the rituals, the affirmations, the activities made for you and your child to do together — comes from what I've actually lived and practiced, not something I read once and repackaged. It's made with intention, because that's the whole point: small, intentional acts, done on purpose, are how we come home to ourselves.

If you're a mother, or simply someone who's ready to slow down and reconnect with who you are underneath everything you carry for everyone else — I made this for you.

With love,
Tia
