Made Intently ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and sells digital products (including but not limited to ritual workbooks, activity books, and affirmation cards) and print-on-demand physical art prints. By accessing or using this website, or by purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Digital Products

Our digital products (PDFs, workbooks, printables and similar files) are delivered electronically, typically via an emailed download link, immediately or shortly after your payment is confirmed.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except where the product is faulty, was not delivered, or you were charged in error. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Digital products are for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish any digital product you purchase from us, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

3. Print-on-Demand Products

Physical art prints sold on this site are produced on demand by a third-party print provider once an order is placed. Because each item is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Production and shipping times for print-on-demand items are estimates only and may vary depending on the print provider and destination.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices on this website are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, designs, illustrations, logos, and product files — is the property of Made Intently and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
