At checkout, you agree that your download begins immediately and that you lose your right to cancel once it has started. For this reason, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
If there's a problem with your file, for example it won't open, the link isn't working or you received the wrong file, email us at info@madeintenly.com and we'll fix it or send a replacement as quickly as possible.
